Sareesh is the principal and founder of TILLIT LAW PLLC. He established his law practice in 2021, with an exclusive focus on helping businesses contract with and litigate against the U.S. Federal Government. He has represented and provided counsel to domestic and multinational companies across various sectors, including information systems and technology, cybersecurity, defense, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, and professional services.

Sareesh’s legal practice specializes in providing strategic outside counsel to contractors of all sizes. This support covers a comprehensive range of issues that arise throughout the procurement lifecycle, including bid protests, contract claims, and compliance with federal regulations related to contract formation and administration. Sareesh offers contractors guidance on small business and socioeconomic programs, teaming arrangements, joint ventures, conflicts of interest, audits, investigations, and other relevant matters.

Sareesh’s practical legal experience and public procurement-focused training ensure his clients have an advantage in federal contracting matters. Sareesh is the exclusive Government Contracts & Procurement Law member of the Global Referral Network in Washington, D.C. He also serves as Chair of Maryland’s State Public Information Act Compliance Board.
